2. Uploaded Documents
When you upload a document for GoodwillLetter, we process the document to extract information necessary to prepare your letter.
Unless otherwise stated, uploaded documents used solely for letter generation are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored after processing is complete.
CreditLens may temporarily retain uploaded documents or extracted information as necessary to provide AI-powered analysis, maintain your session, improve your user experience, or provide features you choose to use.
3. Social Security Numbers
Our systems are designed to detect and automatically redact Social Security numbers and similar sensitive identifiers before information is stored, logged, or transmitted to AI providers whenever reasonably possible.
Despite these safeguards, you should avoid intentionally including your Social Security number or other highly sensitive information in letters, prompts, or uploads unless specifically required.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to:
